No physical shipment
Delivery starts after payment confirmation

C) Recharges & Gift Cards

Instant or near-instant processing
Correct details are customer’s responsibility

3. Registration Fee & COD Policy

Some physical products require a registration/confirmation fee:

Registration fee is non-refundable
Remaining amount is payable on delivery (COD)
Order cancellation after shipment forfeits the fee

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refund once delivered or activated
Wrong number / email / username → no refund

Physical Products

Return allowed only for damaged or wrong item
Unboxing video may be required
Return window: 7 days from delivery
