Overview

At OTTX, we strive to provide the best premium digital services and subscriptions. Due to the digital nature of our products (OTT accounts, game passes, software keys), our refund policy is structured differently from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full or partial refund only under the following circumstances:

  • The credentials or activation keys provided are invalid or not working at the time of delivery.
  • The subscription stops working before the promised warranty period, and our support team is unable to provide a replacement within 48 hours.
  • You were double-charged for a single transaction due to a technical glitch on our payment gateway (e.g., BSD Pay).

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have successfully logged in and used the credentials.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing or purchased the wrong item by mistake.
  • The account gets restricted because you violated the usage rules (e.g., changing passwords on shared accounts, sharing credentials with others).
  • Slow internet connection or device incompatibility on the user's end.

Replacement Policy

Before processing a refund, our policy is to offer a Replacement. If your account stops working within your active plan duration, you must raise a ticket with our support team. We will verify the issue and issue a fresh working account within 24 to 48 hours.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved by our administration, it will be processed back to your original method of payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Wallet). The credit will automatically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
